Registrations open for Zahra Foundation Women on the Run sponsored by Credit Union SA

Zahra Foundation is pleased to announce that registrations are now open for the Zahra Foundation Women on the Run sponsored by Credit Union SA. This years event will be one of Zahra Foundations major fund raising events this year where as a community we will be able to reflect and pay recognition on the 10th anniversary of the tragic death of a brave woman, Zahra Abrahimzadeh in March 2010.

The event is symbolic of women and children who often have to flee domestic or family violence situations with just a bag on their back.  This year, participants will be encouraged to carry personal care / grocery items in their backpacks which will be donated to Foodbank and create their own fund raising page.
