Pathways to Empowerment is a 9 week course for women who have experienced domestic violence.
The group supports women to connect with themselves, their goals or an empowerment pathway. Past participants tell us that planning and self-management skills help them make informed decisions about breaking free from violence and creating a safer future.
It will include creative activities and a focus on:
- CONNECTION: Connecting with myself and others who have a shared experience.
- EMPOWERMENT: A chance to work out what matters, how to live life fully and the practical steps to achieve this.
- PATHWAYS: Get information and support to find a path into work, study, volunteering and getting finances back on track.
